To make them the same size as before, I had to increase the size from 32 to 64 in Dolphin's settings. Apart from that, the space between icons has also been reduced. This can be configured in Dolphin > View > Icons > Spacing Between Labels, but if I change it from medium (which is what I have now and what I’ve always had) to large, then the space is much greater than before. In other words, no matter what I do, I can’t get it back to the way it was before, which is how I liked it.
