It seems that this configuration option is not there for a long time, because of it is not localized yet. Let's see, if disabling it will survive next possible KDevelop crash (But I don't remember that except the OOM-killer work and crashing due to this bug, I ever noticed another KDevelop crash type before), or an occasional configuration breaking-restart. It sounds promising to me. Keep up the good work, I let You polish the code, and I am going to wait... And I am going to test possible results. Just now, I can try to restore the plasma-desktop package, and start plasma-kaccess systemd service.
