DESCRIPTION
Since the update from KDE Frameworks 6.28.0 to 6.29.0, service menus using
X-KDE-Submenu= no longer appear in Dolphin's context menu for regular files.
This is a regression.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a valid service menu in ~/.local/share/kio/servicemenus/ with
X-KDE-Submenu=.
2. even Run kbuildsycoca6 --noincremental & restart dolphin
3. impossible to use the servicemenus in dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
The submenu does not appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
The submenu should appear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue is already reported on openSUSE Bugzilla #1275906, which confirms
the regression appeared with KDE Frameworks 6.29.0.
