STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run IntelliJ 2026, e.g. PyCharm or CLion (maximized)
2. Set the scaling to 0.5
3. Revert it back
OBSERVED RESULT
The window looks like in the screenshot: There is a smaller version in the
upper left corner and a stretched maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window looks like before step 1.
