Plasmashell strace just before starting making troubles
DESCRIPTION
I am using RPi5 (ArchLinux ARM - aarch64) as a home server/NAS and Oldies
"gamebox".
Some time after I turn my TV HDMI output off, plasmashell gets crazy after some
time (independently on what powerdevil screen output politics is configured -
currently it is to turn monitor output off after 5 minutes, but the same result
I get just with a screen locker).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let your child to switch TV input from RPi5 output to PS5.
2. Wait hours and then push your child to turn PS5 off, and remember him/her to
not forget to switch off the TV device too.
3. Turn off the TV device after some time.
4. Wait until RPi5 cooler starts to make whistle noise.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dependently on the current version of software installed, plasmashell uses
permanently typically about 15% of CPU.
>From today (I did plasma/framework/apps update to versions released this month,
and added a new user less privileged account yesterday), I saw pemanent
plasmashell CPU usage from 80% to 90%, and kwin_wayland draining CPU too.
Everything stopped immediately after typing: systemctl stop --user
plasma-plasmashell
EXPECTED RESULT
No matter when and how long is my TV switched off I expect from plasmashell to
not drain CPU.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is not a new behavior. It is there for almost one year I have this server
running. The new is bothering of kwin_wayland, and using much more CPU than
before.
There are not other than standard default plugins in bottom panel systray. In
opposite, much of them has been hidden.
It is possible to type:
systemctl restart --user plasma-plasmashell
In such case, the high CPU usage stops for a some while. But it will start
later again, I think even without touching the TV.
Attached files are a partial output of journalctl and partial output of
plasmashell strace. Both just before starting cycling and filling logs...
