DESCRIPTION
Launching a Dolphin windows by CLI with the --new-window CLI option restores
tabs from last time.
- "Show on startup" has the "Folders, tabs, and window state from last time"
option checked.
- "Keep a single Dolphin window, opening new folders in tabs" option is not
checked.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin in any location (e.g. root `/`), then close it. This will be
the restored tab.
2. Launch Dolphin from CLI in a different location, e.g. `dolphin --new-window
/media/do/tmp`.
3. The new Dolphin window will contain the root tab.
OBSERVED RESULT
The CLI-launched-with--new-window-option window will contain the tabs from last
time.
EXPECTED RESULT
The CLI-launched-with--new-window-option window should contain only what was
requested by the command.
