DESCRIPTION
The Desktops Pager widget is not able to claim enough space when the a panel
width is set to fit content
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new empty panel
2. Put desktop pager widget into this panel
3. Set the panel width to fit content
OBSERVED RESULT
You will see that the pannel will squeeze the widget as it's unable to claim
enough space to display properly
EXPECTED RESULT
The widget should be able to claim enough space even though it can change it's
size dynamically. Icon-only task manager widget also changes in size and is
able to claim enough space.
