The icon is "system-run", not play, and I could not find anything better searching for "command", "run", "launch" etc. But the text could be changed, I guess, maybe to "Open menu with available actions" or shorter, which is usually better "Open action menu". Would that work? Changing it dynamically based on available actions would be hard precisely by what TraceyC says. A solution would be to have the match patterns define their icon and text, but then we run into trouble when, as Tracey says, there would be two matching actions.
