After an update from kdenlive 21.04 to 26.08, the program no longer starts and
displays an ominous error message (translated from German):

not found in the DLL "C:\Program Files\Kdenlive\bin\libopencv_dnn480.dll".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Uninstall kdenlive
2. Delete the configuration folder from %localappdata%\kdenlive
3. Reinstall kdenlive
4. Start kdenlive
OBSERVED RESULT
The error message appears.
EXPECTED RESULT
kdenlive starts.
