            Bug ID: 526307
Summary: Visual/Visual-block selection highlight in Vim is one
                    column short
    Classification: Applications
           Product: konsole
      Version First 26.08.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION:
When using CTRL+V in Vim to select text, the character in the last column is
not highlighted. E.g., placing the cursor on "F" in "FOOBAR" and using the
arrow keys to move to the right 5 times shows "FOOBA" highlighted instead.
However pressing D to delete, deletes the entire word "FOOBAR", despite the
selection indicating otherwise.

This issue is not reproducible in consoles such as Xterm and Kitty. I was
unable to fix the issue by changing the font, font size, or themes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run: vim --clean
2. Type Foobar
3. Press Esc, 0, CTRL+V, move to the right 5 times

OBSERVED RESULT
Character in last column is not highlighted

EXPECTED RESULT
All characters should be highlighted
