DESCRIPTION
KMail fails to honor kioslaverc NoProxyFor coupled with ReversedException,
answers "server unavailable"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Write a socks proxy in the manual proxies socksproxy field and the imap
address in Exceptions or just paste this into ~/.config/kioslaverc:
```
[Proxy Settings]
NoProxyFor=disroot.org
ProxyType=1
ReversedException=true
socksProxy=socks://127.0.0.1 9050
```
(verified on disroot + tor)
2. create new IMAP account (in my case disroot)
3. set account to follow system proxy settings
4. enjoy
OBSERVED RESULT
Account is marked as "server unavailable"
EXPECTED RESULT
Account proceeds normally
