Currently, notification popups are automatically dismissed after 120 seconds,
and there seems to be no option to keep them visible indefinitely.
This can be inconvenient for notifications that require attention, such as
events triggered by KAlarm. If I miss or ignore a notification, it eventually
disappears, even though I may still need to acknowledge or act on it.
Please add an option to keep notification popups visible until the user
manually dismisses them. Ideally, this could be configurable globally or on a
per-notification basis, allowing users to choose between automatic dismissal
and persistent notifications.
