DESCRIPTION
The .cache/dolphin/kpreviewjobs folder will grow indefinitely which isn't an
expected behaviour.
While there are mechanisms to limit which files get a thumbnail made for, it
has no limiting mechanism for the quantity or total allocated size for
previews/thumbnails. Over time this results in the preview to grow to a
significant size like 15GB+ if left un-watched. I don't think it should be
expected of the user to have to manually clean the cache folder recurrently.

It would be nice to have an additional settings in the "preview" tab in dolphin
for "Max preview cache size" and maybe the default can be 5 or 10Gb or too keep
existing behaviour uncapped.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have thumbnails enabled
2. go over a lot of files with previews
3. inspect your file system usage and check how much the
.cache/dolphin/kpreviewjobs consume
