okular print preview

DESCRIPTION
This is a systemic issue that affects all KDE apps. So far I have seen it rear
its ugly head literally in every KDE app that uses dialog windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a setup with two monitors of which at least one is a HiDPI screen
requiring more than 100% scaling.
2. Use an app that opens any dialog window that descends from QDialog.

Some examples include:
- print preview dialog in Okular
- various confirmation dialogs in Krusader
- "Show more details" dialog in Gwenview
- et cetera, et cetera, et cetera

Please see attached screenshots.

OBSERVED RESULT

Dialog windows always open at the size that matches their minimumSizeHint().
This is not a KWin issue because KWin does not specify the size in its initial
configure.

Yes, it is possible to resize the windows afterwards, but it gets old pretty
quickly, and it just looks janky.

EXPECTED RESULT

Dialog windows open at a reasonable size.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20261013
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Kernel Version: 7.2.9-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

My observations regarding this issue so far:
1. If you have a screen with 100% scaling and a HiDPI screen configured for
more than 100% scaling, the issue is always reproducible on the HiDPI screen.
2. If you have two HiDPI screens, the issue is always reproducible on at least
one of them, even if they're set to the same scaling factor.
3. Sometimes the dialog will open at the correct size on the HiDPI screen, but
subsequently the same dialog will open at the smallest possible size

I have a very strong suspicion that it is an upstream issue; I have opened the
following ticket: https://qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTBUG-151375
