DESCRIPTION
Wrong gamma(?) applied to the second monitor which displays still full screen
image

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on two monitors, make sure:
- it has built-in or ICC profile enabled
- night light is turned off
- it's empty (Plasma bar is hidden and no windows are open) or has full screen
application which doesn't refresh anything (e.g. paused video player)
2. Move mouse across monitors (or click and move)

OBSERVED RESULT
Gamma changes significantly (it's much "brighter") when mouse leaves the
monitor
