            Bug ID: 527138
Summary: Onscreen keyboard pops up on login screen since 6.8.0
                    upgrade
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: Plasma Keyboard
      Version First unspecified
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
After the 6.8.0 upgrade, the login screen is mostly hidden by a huge onscreen
keyboard.
I can close this but clicking (with the mouse!) inside the password field will
open the huge onscreen keyboard again.
This makes logging in very hard.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to Plasma 6.8.0
2. Reboot
3. Wait for login screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Huge onscreen keyboad, even for non-touch displays.
Hard to hide permanently because each click into a text field will reopen it.
Also it obscures the text fields that the user is suppsed to type into. This
should not even happen on touch displays...

EXPECTED RESULT
No onscreen keyboard when a real keyboard is connected.
And never obscure the input field that has focus, even on touch displays.
