Complete the Immich plugin integration * Report the optional KWallet library in the core configuration summary: the plugin is only compiled when it is available. * Announce the plugin in the NEWS file and on the welcome page. * Add a contributor credit for the plugin author. * Show the Immich logo as a banner on top of the tool dialogs, linking to the Immich web site, as the other web-service tools do; the logo is installed with the other service logos.
