export KWIN_WAYLAND_SUPPORT_XX_PIP_V1=false

in .bashrc now, quit plasma, did . .bashrc in my bash shell and verified the
var is exported, restarted plasma (from a bash shell as always, no graphical
login enabled here).

As expected, exporting the set var (even when set to false) means it's set in
the plasma environment, which does let me see the kcm pip placement options,
and a quick test says they work for firefox PIP now.

But setting the var false does NOT turn off PiP enablement (if I'm following
the logic of the commit, there's actually no way to turn it off other than
patching now, since the condition is OR true and the true side will always be
true regardless of the status of the variable), which means firefox pip still
doesn't behave as I need it to -- the kcm-configured corner placement seems to
work but it's per-monitor so I can't have it open on its dedicated monitor as
it did with window rules, and my window rule BELOW not ABOVE is ignored so I
can't see other windows I want on top of the pip window.

And further misbehavior, the win-arrow hotkeys I have configured to move
windows around don't move the pip window, but rather whatever was previously
focused (typically the firefox window from which I activated pip), even when
the pip window is basically covering it up and is the window I'd expect the
win-arrow hotkey window movement to apply to. I can still drag the pip window
(thankfully), but keyboard pip window movement simply fails. Similarly, win-w,
set to activate window resize, seems to be broken on the pip window, tho normal
pointer resize works. Both of these are accessibility issues for those who
need working keyboard-activated window movement and resize.

Do you want me to file a new bug for keyboard-accessible hotkey-activated pip
window movement and resizing?
