empty space after the last task manager icon

**STEPS TO REPRODUCE**

I haven't found a reliable way to reproduce this. It happens randomly during
normal use, and I've tried opening and closing different apps many times
without being able to trigger it.

My dock is set to "Fit content" width and "Dodge windows" visibility, with an
Icons-Only Task Manager.

**OBSERVED RESULT**

Sometimes an empty space, about the size of one app icon, appears at the right
end of the task manager, where unpinned running apps normally appear.

The dock stays wider than its actual content. Hovering over it doesn't fix it,
even after waiting.

Opening KRunner (without running anything) or launching another app makes the
dock resize correctly again.

**EXPECTED RESULT**

The dock should always shrink to fit its content when an app icon disappears.

**SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS**

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Kernel: 7.2.13-200.fc44.x86_64
