When I press the "Get new snippets" button, the Kate Add-on Installer window
appear empty and a message line say in the bottom "Loading of providers from
file "http://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml"; failed. My internet connection
is working fine and I can reach this URL manually, then I think the problem
(which repeat everytime I try to press the "Get new snippets" button) comes
from Kate or from some background Windows feature when Kate is working... I am
new in Windows, then if you need more details you can join me by mail and I
will try to help as i can. (BTW, thanks to have ported Kate toward Windoze...
my main Linux computer is dead, then I must suffer and use the gaming Windoze
computer for the moment and it would be harder without my few Linux tools
installed on -Kate, Gimp and DigiKam-)...
