After upgrading to kf 5.42 local kwin scripts stopped working and disappear
from systemsettings (system kwin scripts appear and work just fine).
I don't know if this may be a packaging problem or a kf5 regression of some
sort.
I downgraded to kf5 5.41 using apt preferences and things came back to normal,
that is, local Kwin scripts work again and reappeared in systemsettings
