Re-assigning to KPackage.
const auto scripts =
KPackage::PackageLoader::self()->findPackages(QStringLiteral("KWin/Script"),
scriptFolder, filter);
returns the same package list after installing/uninstalling. Possibly caused by
the new runtime cache not knowing about knewstuff
