SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plug in a (Wacom Intuos BT S) tablet
2. create a new picture
3. try to draw in the lower, left corner
OBSERVED RESULT
The brush stops moving, unless you are drawing already.
EXPECTED RESULT:
The brush don't stops moving and I can draw on the whole canvas.
