Uninstalling and reinstall Krita is not going to fix issues like this. You
could try to reset Krita's settings
(https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration), but
it's more likely that a Windows update or a Wacom driver update broke
something. Try first to reset the Wacom driver's settings. Then try to
reinstall the Wacom driver completely.
