The KDE e.V. board has full access to the API keys on Google Cloud Console, so in the worst case they can handle this themselves or grant access to another member of the community. Historically, I've been taking care of this because I've initially implemented the Google integration and thus I have access to the API keys as well. Usually when some action needs to be taken the Board asks me to handle it. Lately I've been a bit busy, so I wasn't able to act soon enough.
