Ok, I've added that, will continue to use and see if windows start going wonky
again.  Sometimes takes days/weeks...  Anything more I can pull to help resolve
this when it *is* acting weird again?

I did do a kwin_x11 --replace again after, and while the GLStrictBinding shows
in the kwinrc (it even moved its ordering), I got this output on the replace
that says it's not (?):
