SUMMARY
DBus specification recommends /org/freedesktop/ScreenSaver instead of the old
/ScreenSaver API. It says KDE supported it in later version but actually it is
not. https://specifications.freedesktop.org/idle-inhibit-spec/latest/ch04.html
This caused issue of RetroArch and some other applications who implemented the
standard freedesktop specification. Check this PR

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install and run RetroArch without AC power.
2. Check the battery monitor, it should inhibit power management.
3. Wait for 10 minutes.
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen dims and turns dark.
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen should not be turned off by power management.
