It can easily be reproduced in MLT with the command line utility, using the provided files : melt -profile ./customprofile32 AI_NORM3.WAV -consumer avformat:output.wav channels=1 You can see a clear click on the last frame in the result output.wav Using a 25 or 29.97 profile the click doesn't happen.
