SUMMARY
There is a snap pacakge published by KDE named peruse
[https://snapcraft.io/peruse] which is not even starting after install.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. snap install peruse
2. try to start the app 'snap run peruse' or with your preferred way.
3. The app is not starting and crashed.

OBSERVED RESULT
