SUMMARY
Stuck at a spinner, but ALT+F2 works, I can then start konsole and then
manually start plasmashell, kwin also needs to be started, but I now get:
kwin: symbol lookup error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkwin.so.5: undefined
symbol:
_ZN14KWaylandServer17XdgShellInterface14surfaceCreatedEPNS_24XdgShellSurfaceInterfaceE
Happened after runnign apt update, machine now completely unusable
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kde neon (User "stable")
2. Install latest updates
3. Restart computer
OBSERVED RESULT
Stuck at spinner ALT+F2 works
EXPECTED RESULT
Logged in to a working machine
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Frameworks 5.74.0
Qt 5.15.0 (built against 5.15.0)
