Kwin breeze theme preview
After several major update earlier, system-wide kwin breeze theme became
broken. System settings doesn't preview it and Kwin doesn't draw breeze
decorations. But on fresh created user it works perfect.
I had try to delete kwin, plasmashell configs under my old user, but without
result.
