Your screenshot shows that you have a high resolution monitor and the problems
you have are usually caused by incorrect system level settings and/or internal
user options within krita. This is probably a settings problem and not a bug in
krita itself.
Please go to https://krita-artists.org/ and start a topic in the Support and
Advice: General Questions category about this.
That forum is a good place for this sort of help and advice, displaying images,
having discussions, etc.
