Try to make clearer conditional macros
I've split the possibilities into
VG_WRAP_THREAD_FUNCTION_LIBPTHREAD_ONLY
VG_WRAP_THREAD_FUNCTION_LIBC_ONLY
and
VG_WRAP_THREAD_FUNCTION_LIBC_AND_LIBPTHREAD
This now affects redir.c and DRD drd_pthread_intercepts.c, which I changet to
keep consistent.
MUSL no longer uses VG_Z_LIBPTHREAD_SONAME to refer to libc.*
