After updating my packages, I found that I am no longer able to change my
desktop wallpaper via "Desktop Settings" when right clicking the desktop.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update using "sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade"
2. Restart computer
3. Right click desktop and see no menu
Actual Results:
No menu appeared.
Expected Results:
A menu should appear.
