I've gotten rid of the toolbox on my main activity, so there's really no way I
can open desktop settings other than opening a new activity. Running
plasmashell didn't print anything, but here's what I got immediately after
doing "kquitapp plasmashell && kstart plasmashell":

Leaving it running gives me:
