Also, it seems the database rebuild was successful - though I can't test quite yet until I get far enough along rebuilding the database that I can find a face I actually remember and haven't yet tagged. It is early to reach a conclusion but it seems "QPixmap::scaled: Pixmap is a null pixmap" is a different issue.
