Shortcuts with letters don't work at all. Regardless of the layout.
They work only with numbers and special keys.
In this case, in Live-cd, you can even add a shortcut to the RU layout, and
call it from EN, and everything will work.
But after installing the same system, even if I haven't made any special
settings yet, the shortcuts still break
