The bug is only with my laptop. When I ran distributions with KDE in Virtual
Box, this bug was not there. (Apparently the VM just emulates keystrokes from
the OS base for the distribution)
I don't know what steps I need to take to reproduce, because I just install ANY
distribution with KDE, and the shortcuts don't work right away.
I could of course take a snapshot of the system without including the /home
partition (RSYNC in Timeshift).
But I don't know how secure it is for my personal data. If you still need to,
then I could send it to someone personally by mail, and not publish it on the
forum
