It's on a reboot and not when you logout and back in again?

Try a simple test...

Maybe set up a test user so you don't have to reindex everything. Create a test
file and check its details...

    echo "Hello Penguin" > testfile.txt
    stat testfile.txt
    balooshow -x testfile.txt

I get:

    $ stat testfile.txt
      File: testfile.txt

Keep an eye on the "Device:" number (the 38 Hex, 56 decimal above)

Reboot and run the stat and balooshow again.

Interesting to know if the device number has changed, and whether the balooshow
details have also changed...
