SUMMARY
Context menus opens on the screen at the left of the current window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE 5.21.4 on a dual monitor setup
2. Run VSCode (reproduce on every program, just easier to spot) maximized on
the right-most screen
3. Open File Menu on the menu bar (and/or, click the app icon, *only way to
spot it outisde of VSCode*)

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu opens on the screen at the left

EXPECTED RESULT
It shoud open on the application's actual screen

The application is still recognised as on the right screen (the | App Icon -
Move to Screen | menu still reports the right screen)
