Yes, like I said > (and/or, click the app icon, *only way to spot it outisde of VSCode*) Every app is affected, but not in the same way, to trigger the bug you need to click the app icon in the top left corner of the app, it will pop the [Maximize, Minimize...] menu on the other screen VSCode does not trigger the bug with the file menu with it overriding the default window decorations.
