digikam is using the MYSql Internal database after restart. The Migration
Successful dialog should probably mention that a restart is required.

Unfortunately the migration was only partially successful, digikam is scanning
for new items despite that option is not selected. After migration can the
SQLite database files be deleted? I ask because the MYSql files are half the
size.
