After the migration, digiKam only makes a "test" whether the folder structure
is correct. If there is indeed a full scan, something is wrong with the album
path. You can sort the tags with a click on the header above, this is the
standard behavior of such list views.
Another note about the speed, SQLite on an SSD can / is faster than MySQL over
the network. Only an internal MySQL database on an SSD is faster than SQLite.
