STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
my frames were scrambled to the point of the movement being unrecognizable. i
didn't do anything that would warrant something like this- i was simply
animating between frame 280-380, and when i come back the beginning frames are
ruined and jumbled. i was nowhere near the beginning part.

EXPECTED RESULT
to work normally and not ruin my project by scrambling my frames :,(

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i don't know what i did wrong. i've been working on this project for days, and
it really puts me into distress to see my project corrupt itself for no reason.
can y'all please offer me a solution to fix this? id really appreciate it :(
