Im sorry but with no access to the kra file there is nothing we can do to
ensure there was no user error generating the frames.
As for the quality remember that mp4 is a lossy format so re-encoding in mp4
will cause quality loss. If you need no loss of quality export the frames
individually to a lossless format. or if this is not necessary/wanted render
the animation in a higher bitrate to ensure the loss of quality is less
visible.
