Hi,
I couldn't reproduce this bug on Krita 5 beta 5 appimage on Linux Kubuntu.
- I put a Palette docker in the middle of my screen
- I closed Krita
- I reopened Krita
→ I could press "New file" and the dialog was above the Palette.
→ I could still move the Palette docker without any document opened.
So, it sounds like a windows manager issue. Please inform on what system (with
version) you can reproduce this bug, and if it requires a special docker.
