Yes, I can reproduce this on macOS. Looks like Monterey has new dialogs
conventions and they are an absolute disaster. If the dialog is modal, the rest
of the application can't be reached, and the dialogs no longer can be moved
because there's no titlebar anymore. But that's not something we can fix, so,
please just press escape, move the docker back and then open the new file
dialog again.
I really wish Apple would, like, improve their window manager, instead of
making it worse with every release of their OS.
