i wonder. 
maybe this is not a kde/qt bug? maybe its xrandr (i am not a pro user!)

right now, i have 2 monitors and my desktop is being mirrored on both. no idea
where it came from. all i did was undock my laptop, use it for a while and then
docked it again.

kde display settings shows my laptop monitor is disabled and only 1 monitor is
visible. funny huh! coz the 2nd monitor is mirroring stuff.
