Plasma is not involved in determining where audio should play, except for the case where the user explicitly moves a stream. But even then it should be PipeWire's responsibility to ensure that the stream is switched away once the device becomes unavailable > However maybe there's something we can do in this case anyway. I really really don't want Plasma to do any kind of "Business logic" about what should happen in such cases.
