SUMMARY
When setting a shortcut that includes a dead key in the 'Trigger' tab the
shortcut will not work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set keyboard layout to include dead keys (for example: US int with dead
keys)
2. Create or modify a custom shortcut in system settings -> Custom Shortcuts
3. In the Trigger set a shortcut with a dead key, for example control +
dead_grave, you will see some oddly formatted combo and it will not work.
